In July, the number of foreign affiliates in Spain's Social Security reached a new record, with 3.51 million employed, according to various reports. This increase is attributed to the recently implemented extraordinary regularization.

Foreign workers account for 15.6% of the total number of affiliates in the Social Security system. Countries such as Morocco lead with 415,310 contributors, followed by Colombia with 347,467, Romania with 342,555, and Venezuela with 247,209. Additionally, a 9.2% increase in the number of self-employed foreigners has been observed, surpassing 531,000.
