Fire in Vila Pouca de Aguiar remains active
A wildfire in the Vila Real district, which started yesterday afternoon, still has an active front as authorities work to combat it.

A forest fire started around 3:30 PM yesterday in the parish of Alfarela de Jales in the Vila Real district. The fire began in an area of brush and quickly grew to proportions that required intervention from the authorities.
