Luxury yacht sinks off Sardinia due to engine failure
An eight million euro luxury yacht sank off Sardinia after experiencing engine failure and a fire on board.
A luxury yacht worth eight million euros sank off the coast of Sardinia. The 30-meter long yacht was navigating near Costa Smeralda when an engine failure apparently triggered a fire on board.
All 14 people on board were unharmed. According to reports, other boats took on the guests and crew members. The yacht now lies in the water near the accident site.
